Care to Stay Home takes a digital approach to lead gen

Learn how a new conversion optimized website is the centerpiece of the strategy

Care to Stay Home was founded in 2008 to help link senior adults with the finest, most experienced, and trusted caregivers. Offering a wide range of services, Care to Stay Home assists its clients with everything from personal care and companionship to meal preparation and transportation. What really sets Care to Stay Home apart is the unique individualized care plan and process they use to make sure seniors receive the appropriate level of care while also helping them maintain their independence.

Once a potential customer realizes the quality that Care to Stay Home offers, choosing them is a no-brainer. Zipline was hired to help get more people entering and staying in their sales funnel. Our initial review of the previous Care to Stay Home website found that users were not consistently finding their way through the sales funnel. Our testing showed that users were being lost at various points in the process, and not only were they not converting, they were not spending enough time to understand the unique sales proposition Care to Stay Home offers.

Our team worked closely with Rob and the team at Care to Stay Home to plan and execute a website strategy that helps to attract and route users through the sales process. Key visuals and carefully placed headlines have been provided throughout the website to help catch people’s attention and encourage them to dig deeper. We have also introduced a great deal of strategic cross-linking to allow users to quickly and easily navigate between the various offerings. Most importantly, we have added a variety of calls making it easy for visitors to move on to the next step.

One other critical component to the new website is the introduction of optimized tablet and mobile experiences. Analytics have uncovered that a majority of incoming users, whether paid or organic, are using mobile devices. To maximize the effectiveness of this audience we have carefully designed the mobile and tablet experiences to be just as engaging and user-friendly as the desktop experience; integrating powerful calls to action throughout.
