Zipline Launches New Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest Website

Goodwill Launch

Headquartered in Spokane, Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest is one of more than 160 independent members of Goodwill Industries International. They serve individuals and families in 23 counties throughout eastern Washington and northern Idaho. Many they serve have physical or developmental disabilities, while others seek to overcome mental health impairments, a lack of work skills/history, a record of incarceration, or homelessness. Goodwill, in short, makes the world a better place by offering those in need of a hand up, not a handout.

Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest had a website already, but it was only accessible on desktop computers, and was difficult to update without professional help. They hired Zipline Interactive in early 2014 to build a new, responsive website that was modern, user-friendly, had a CMS, made delivering messages as easy as possible, and special features such as a locations search and donation form. A tall order! But Zipline succeeded. We’re so happy to work with organizations such as Goodwill that help make our communities stronger.

The site launched in December of 2014. Check out the new site here.
